“My favorite was sitting on the porch! We all enjoyed the screened in porch with the swing and rocking chairs! It was beautiful out there. I love Old homes, and the high ceilings with original details was very nice. It is not a new home, so if you are looking perfection with all the new things, I wouldn't recommend this home. BUT, if you want to escape to the past with Old Floridian charm, this is the home for you! Bring your fishing pole and fresh shrimp... you will be sure to catch some……

“First trip for the grandbabies. The beach was close and no one else was on the beach except us. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. Owner responded quickly with any questions i had. Very nice stay.”

“We absolutely loved everything about our visit and will be back as often as we can be. Everything was clean, there were plenty of beach toys for the kids, we hardly spent any time inside at all, but when we did the beds were comfortable and the living room provided enough seating for the whole family.”

“Very quiet place. Extremely clean and well appointed. It smelled SO nice when we arrived. Very large bedrooms and comfy beds. We brought our two pups and having the yard fenced in was wonderful. The bay view from the cottage was A. Brought my 98 year old Mom so not having to navigate stairs was very helpful. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend This place for someone looking for peace and quiet. ”

“Our stay at this home was truly wonderful! The host was exceptional—kind, attentive, and communicative. While some amenities were intermittent, the host went above and beyond to resolve any issues promptly. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the pool couldn't be cleaned, which limited its use during our stay. It would have been helpful to have a backup pool maintenance option. Despite this, the overall experience was amazing, and we would definitely consider renting this home again!……

“It's really difficult to put into words how wonderful Alligator Point is to someone who has never been to the area. Very isolated and very few people at the beach. There were many days we had the beach to ourselves. Complete relaxation and isolation provided the perfect ability to recharge personal batteries of life. The house was well equipped with everything required for a two week stay. Local area has enough grocery options, restaurants and fresh fish markets for any meal option you are……

“We enjoyed and needed this respite from the hustle and bustle of life. The property was beautiful and such a peaceful setting overlooking the bay and the marsh. We brought our kayak and enjoyed paddling up the little inlet and out into the bay. The dog enjoyed the stay as well. The fenced in front yard was convenient. The home was comfortable and clean. ”
