Room was awful cigarette burns on the chairs,furniture falling apart the smell of the room was awful we had a suite so you would think they would actually take care of it but unfortunately over the years we have stayed at this location the room cleanliness has dropped so much which is sad because I have loved this property fora long time for the history!

I stayed at the Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Instead, I’ve been left frustrated, disappointed, and without answers. Over a month ago, I used the hotel’s valet service to park my car overnight. When I got my vehicle back, I discovered that a pair of very expensive designer glasses had been stolen from inside. I reported the theft to the front desk immediately, expecting the hotel to take it seriously. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. Despite multiple attempts to contact management — through calls, messages, and follow-ups — I still haven’t heard back from anyone in charge. It’s been more than 30 days, and I’ve received absolutely no updates, apologies, or resolution. It’s unacceptable for a hotel of this reputation to ignore a guest’s serious concern — especially when it involves theft under their care. I trusted the Arlington with my vehicle and belongings, and they failed on every level: security, accountability, and basic customer service. I will not be returning, and I strongly warn others to think twice before using this hotel — especially their valet service.

I did not like the hidden resort fees after I had already paid for the room. I did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking $22 a day to park there. I did not like the fact that the carpet were stained in my room room 912 if you wanna go check it out you go check it out. I did not like the fact that I had to pay taxes on top of taxes after I’ve already paid for the room

You have to pay to park here is my only complaint. And it isn't that you have to pay to park it is that it should be disclosed before you book. They do have a cheaper self parking garage but you still have to pay and it is only a couple of dollars a day cheaper than valet. Hotel is old and dated and rooms and halls smell mildewed but it is historic at the same time so we already expected this. Overall was a good stay and conveniently located downtown. They pay to park I wish would have just been added to the overall price per day and not told once checking in that you have to pay to park.

The marble and copper throughout the hotel is beautiful especially the stairs leading to the ice cream store! Best I have ever eaten!! You are in walking distance of many different eating places. Including steak, pizza, Mexican and morning breakfast with pancakes and omlets. But the history behind the Arlington is amazing and what brought us there and it lives on in the rooms with the windows, tubs and showers. Great stay
