Easy to get to. Rooms were clean and freshly updated, but the furniture was outdated. Bathroom was a little cramped, but hot showers a plus. Overall it was ok stay.

The woman checking us in was very very very helpful in identifying things to do in town and where to eat. I didn't really ask her, but she offered, and is clearly very proud of her town. The rooms are clean and quiet - one of the better showers we've had - and shampoo and conditioner bottles on the wall. Overall, a great experience for this price point.......

I read reviews prior to booking and was not disappointed. As a 2-star motel it was basic but we had all we needed and for a great price. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was very personable and helpful. Breakfast was pretty basic, not much protein, but with a microwave and fridge in our room we could supply what we lacked.

The parking lot could use some love, its slightly difficult to get a smaller car up the incline which butts up to their entrance doorway of the office. Due to the hill if someone was crossing you wouldnt see them in bwtween the cars lined up next to the small entry way. The walls are thin to these rooms as well so when someone has children in the next room thats all you hear over even the tv sadly.

The entire place has been recently renovated and in good condition. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean and in very good condition. Area around the property is an older but clean part of town. Located close to bathhouse row and the horse track. Very satisfied with the stay for the price point.

Other than the cleanliness of my bathroom, this was a great stay. The bathroom wasnt horrible. Just some hair left behind that wasn't mine. I simply cleaned it with clorox wipes before using and everything was fine. Other than that, this was an ok hotel for the price.

This is an older property. The price was good, so I expected mediocrity. The place seemed clean and well tended to. TV had problems, so I missed the Final Four late game. No tissues. Vending machine not working. Not so good breakfast.

It was an older hotel you parked your car right in front of the door. The room was nice and clean. Definitely has been remodeled recently. The bed was ok not great but better than some. The boggest issue we had was noise, you could hear the neighbors very well and they were loud.

Came to watch my son’s baseball team, checked in, expecting to DoorDash in some eats but then Carol gave us the low-down on all the fun things downtown! So, we grabbed our pup & headed for some touristy fun! So glad Carol gave us all information!! The rooms were spacious & clean. They are very pet friendly along with most of the town.
