Room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Robbin took us downtown and gave us some good suggestions on restaurants. Bridgette was very helpful checking us in and checkout. There were a few other staff members we encountered that were very friendly. Everyone seemed happy to be there. We will definitely stay at the Hotel Hot Springs again!

Staff was friendly. Wait staff at restaurant was friendly. Rooms clean. Fresh towels and bed made daily. Free, hot continental breakfast daily.

The HSH pros- in a great location and very nice and accommodating staff. Beds are pretty comfy. Cons- it’s getting tired. They did an update years ago, and it’s time for another one. Our room did not seem fully clean, but it was much better than the first room we were given that smelled like someone had taken a big crap and left it, and a baby roach was crawling in the bathroom. Parking is also a nuisance since the City of HS put in the pay meters. But if you park after 7 pm and get out by 8 am, it’s free. There’s a small free lot next to the hotel that’s great if you can get a spot and $20 per day valet if that’s your style. Walls are paper thin- there was a family next to us. Never saw or spoke with them, but I can tell you it’s a family and some info about them since I could clearly hear them through the walls as though they were in our room. That only happened one night, though. It’s a good hotel if you want to explore the historic downtown and bathhouse area. Hopefully they will update it again soon.

The room was reasonably clean. I did see some areas, corners, etc..that need attention. The main problem is the parking. You can valet for approx. $20 a day, or park in the garage- which is not connected to the hotel and requires a walk down the street, for approx. $14 a day. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, typical hotel type breakfast. The staff were very kind and helpful. The first night they put us in a small room with the A/C blowing straight onto the bed. They brought us an extra blanket as we requested. The next day we requested a room change- they were very helpful in accommodating us. I probably would not stay here again due to the parking situation, but it wasn’t a bad stay.

Breakfast was cold. We left some items in the room when we checked out. We called to check about the items we left and were told that we had to go to a website to find out anything. They refused to say if anything was found.

I was disappointed in the National Park. My grandson loved the tower and the view of the mountains however. The hotel was one of the best we've stayed in. Loved the spacious bathroom and the shower was so nice and the convenience of shower gel and shampoo. The hot breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this place

Chris was extremely helpful for shuttling us and at breakfast. Very attentive and friendly. Chris who worked the hotel bar was also great. Gave us alot of history about hot springs and cool places to go and see. Very helpful and accommodating.

This was a really nice hotel. The staff was super nice and very helpful in my room was nice and clean. The only drawback to me was the fact that the parking garage is a block away from the hotel and you have to walk back-and-forth from the hotel to the garage to get your vehicle. I didn’t feel this was really safe for a single woman at night.

The entire experience on this hotel was lovely from start to finish. The staff is outstanding, amazing customer service. The hotel is well maintained and clean, and the amenities were great. It's about a 15 minute walk from the National Park, or they provide a shuttle. Overall, 10/10, and we will be back to stay.

Check in was easy. We were allowed to check in early with no issues. Walked up to a clean modern room with in walking distance (<1mile) from everything we wanted to do.

I stay here every year for a convention. Stayed multiple times and its always been perfect. This time I was not made aware anywhere in my reservation that I would have to pay for parking. I arrived to the property to find out I would have to pay an additional money.. I didn't receive my VIP benefits of a free drink/snack per day. When I asked about it. I was told it was no longer a perk even though it was still listed as one in my reservation. Breakfast wasn't great this time.. and it's been the same for the last 4 years.

The property failed to provide the king room we paid for, explaining that because we used Expedia to book, they were not obligated to resolve the matter. They felt that putting us in a room with two full-size beds (which they insisted were queen-size) was a satisfactory resolution. When we complained that the room had had dirt ON THE BEDSPREADS, the staff moved us to a room with a single full-size bed (which they again mistakenly called a queen.) When asked if we could expect a reduced room rate due to the smaller bed, they told me to “take it up with Expedia”.

Small so elevators were easy. Next door to the Convention Center and not as pricy as 2 other hotels nearby. STAFF was SUPER - friendly, helpful Nice little lobby area and nice outdoor space to enjoy food. Have stayed here at least 6 times and never once a problem.
