Our charming accommodations are located above Bath County Farm & Garden Supply, Inc., one of the finest and oldest businesses in Mitchelltown, VA. It is centrally located with easy access to many outdoor activities offered by the newly renovated Homestead Hotel and Spa; including hiking, fishing, swimming, horse back riding, golf, winter sports as well as the newly renovated Warm Springs Pools. Several great restaurants and shops throughout Bath County.

The host is wonderful and takes the time to make sure everything is in good order. We were working in the area and she was very accomodating to our needs. Definitely recommend her apartment for space, cleanliness, easiness, and the generosity and graciousness of the host!

A Perfect Stay – Thoughtful, Cozy, and 10/10! Our stay at this VRBO home was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the hosts had thought of everything to make our experience special. The home itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a true retreat, blending comfort and charm effortlessly. The hosts were incredibly attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed while giving us the space to fully relax and enjoy. It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. A solid 10/10—we’d absolutely return in a heartbeat!
