“The condo itself was fine, clean and comfortable with decent kitchen equipment and a nice roof top deck. As of April 2025, there is on-going construction, literally just a few steps away from the front of the unit. You can see the site and its dumpster out of the living room window. Construction noise starts at 7:30 or so, and woke everyone up, and made it impossible to enjoy the living room area. After alerting the host, Town Properties, they found a nearby condo for us to move to within the……

“This location was excellent. Conveniently located in the South Slope brewery district this condo is an easy uphill walk to Asheville’s popular dining destinations. Wicked Weed and Burial Breweries are just minutes away. The condo’s amenities were top notch. Kitchen had all utensils and gadgets needed to prepare a meal. Each bedroom has a separate thermostat so made sleeping temps customizable to each guest. The elevator was a nice feature not having to manually transport bags to the third……

“Very comfortable and clean. The bedroom closest to the street had some mild noise in AM due to a run, but I think our friends were fine with it. Nice decor. Walkable to eateries and bars if you are interested. I bought a few things across the street at a mini mart. Off street parking, read reviews…some had concerns about size of vehicle, but we did not have any issues. There were a lot of instructions regarding clean up, but we dutifully did as requested. Bottom line, we had a comfortable……

“The home is brand new, very clean and furnished beautifully. All the beds and seating were very comfortable. Linens were nice and cozy with plenty of clean towels in each bathroom. We appreciated the mini kits of supplies for the bathrooms and kitchen that were provided. We enjoyed being able to walk into downtown Asheville to explore. We had a wonderful stay!”
