“The perfect summer mountain lodge getaway! We loved the thoughtful and creative design details of the hotel and rooms, and the amenities were so thoughtful- a great large pool to lounge by, a sauna with epic Mountain View’s, fire pits throughout the property + a pretty great continental breakfast, and stellar bar and dinner menu- all at the base of Catamount (definitely recommend the mile long epic zip line right across from the Lodge. “We returned to the Chambery Inn to celebrate my wife's birthday and the Memorial Day weekend. We were very happy with our choice. We stayed in a beautiful room (203), which included a spacious sitting area and a well-appointed bath. The breakfast were nicely prepared and presented. “I’ve stayed at this property several times including before it changed management. We have always enjoyed everything about it. My only strong suggestion is that there is better signage out by the highway. You do not see the hotel or the sign until you get very close to the turn and it is a very busy highway. Making a right hand turn is dangerous especially if you have not been there before.”

“Berkshire Mountain Lodge exceeded our expectations. It is quiet and pretty. I loved the shades of gold and dark red color scheme. Everything was basically new and very clean. The spacious kitchen and living room buffer the bedroom from any noise in the hallway. The bed was very comfortable for our aging backs.
