I've stayed here at least 5 times and I've always returned because it was a nice hotel with reasonable pricing, however this time may have been my last visit. Since my first visit, the property seems to be aging, with peeling decor and things dirty floors and walls. I was pleased that even though i booked via 3rd party, the hotel honored my Marriott status and gave me and upgrade with late checkout. However, the bathroom sink was clogged and i let them know within a few hours upon arrival, but after a couple of communications they still failed to address my concern. When asked if i could be somehow compensated for this very pretty annoying inconvenience, the font desk staff continued to say (even upon my checkout) that it had to be cleared with a manager first, which one wasn't available the night of my check in or the afternoon of my departure. They even said that I would "likely" be given a few bonus points at the most, for my trouble. Wow. What if I wasn't a member - how would you compensate me then? Food was good and the restaurant staff, Tanisha, was great.
