First of all, the pictures made this place look better than it is. When we drove up to the property is not pleasing to the eye. Grass was not cut, wood was sitting outside for whatever reason. The room was not decorated well. The furniture looked like they found it on the street. The bathroom was not clean. There were cracks on the wall and dingy looking. House keeping didn’t come to retrieve used towels. We had to bring them to the front desk and asked for more. We had some random girl this morning knocking on our door and trying to get in our room. She was drunk and didn’t know where she was. I expected better for the price we paid. Overall it was poor and I would not recommend this place to anybody.

My truck was broken into while it was parked right at the front door! No security at all, homeless people all over the property. I sent an email to customer service and didn't even get a response. Spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else, it's well worth it!!!!!!!

The property has been let go off, the room we stayed in was horrible, not well cleaned either. They roof was coming apart, the couch in the room was super stained, shower had hair and filth, floors had dust , hair and stains. Walls stained as well could of been blood idk wasn’t really trying to figure it out. Furniture was Danky not sturdy, could go on and on

carpet was dirty with stains, noisy with people up til 1 or 2 in the morning screaming at each other and slamming doors, our room door would not lock from the inside and bathtub was dirty, someone had made a trail of drop food on the hallway floor and one of the staff taught it was us, but it actually came from another room, overall, not a good stay.

The front desk staff were really great & helpful. Specifically Emmanuel, always kind & made us feel welcome. The room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom wasn't cleaned at all prior to our arrival. & even though we had a long stay, the cleaning staff never once came to our room to even ask if we needed anything. There were also days we went without hot water. Wifi was hit or miss for most of the stay. The smoke detector also needed replacing halfway through the stay & they never replaced it. Definitely not worth the money spent but toughed it out. Wouldn't recommend unless there are literally no other options in the area.

Property staff rude. Old fashion, dirt, not safe area. There was no hot water available at the hotel and they never tried to contact me before to inform that they could could provide hot water, even having my information at the reservation slip. Do not book there.

I liked that the rooms were a little larger with a Sofa bed couch. We had to ask to get any extra blankets or anything for the sofa bed. Even though the reservation was for my family of 5, there were 4 towels in the room. There wasn't any sugar, creamer, or tea in the room. The refrigerator smelled a bit. It was just okay and not a great experience.
