Enjoy a spacious, clean, & comfortable, single level, 3 bd/2 bth, just minutes away from everything you could need or want!!
Pets & service animals are welcome!

Enormous shade trees line the streets of this family friendly neighborhood with built-in amenities like a seasonal community pool(summer only), outdoor sports courts, sand volleyball, 2 play areas/parks for kids, walking tracks, & a serene little duck pond! The entire area is a "one stop shop", complete with grocery stores, cafes, shopping, restaurants, parks, hospitals, major employers, & even a Tesla supercharger just 1.5 miles away!
~ Our onsite house manual is detailed for the convenience of our guests. We encourage you to check it out on arrival! Our max occupancy is 8 because of the full size sofas in the living room. That’s 2 adults per bedroom and 1 adult per sofa, for a total of 8.

A small supply of items like paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, coffee pods, soap, laundry supplies, etc., is provided to get you going.
Extra blankets, pillows, towels, and a full spare set of bed linens in each bedroom closet. Luxury bed linens. No duvets! We only use washable quilts.
Various pillow types to accommodate guest preferences.
Black makeup towels.
Pool and/or beach towels.
Roku TV with guest mode in every bedroom & the living room.
Chest of drawers & walk in closet in every bedroom. Hangers & laundry baskets in each closet too!
Plenty of hooks, shelves, tables, & chairs throughout.
Games - of the board, card, and dice variety.
Some beach/pool/sports items. (umbrella, floats, water toys, etc)
Arts & craft supplies.
A few baby items - boppy, playmat, bouncy seat, pack-n-play.
Extra batteries & other handy items in the junk drawer (yep, it's in the kitchen).
Cleaning items for guest use.(includes a cordless vac!)
Gas appliances & heat. (water heater, dryer, range)
User/owner’s manuals for all kitchen appliances (because who wants to struggle with an unfamiliar dishwasher!).
Ice & water dispenser.(filtered)
An equipped kitchen that's more than "basic"! (air fryer, toaster, basic blender, hand mixer, electric kettle, rice cooker, magic bullet, meat thermometer, food scale, platters, dishes, utensils, towels, basic oil & spices, & more)
Kitchen sink garbage disposal.
Extra fans (not just ceiling fans) for those white noise sleepers.
All bedrooms have bedside lamps & tables.
Queen bed has a heated mattress pad with dual zone control.
Extra outlets next to every bed, and/or built in to headboard.
Various USB & USB C equipped power strips/outlets.
Extension cords.
Hairdryer & Flat iron.
Iron & ironing board.
Both toilets are equipped with bidet attachments.
There's even a little foot bathtub and some special soaking salts for your tired feet!
~ Trash Pickup:
**These instructions are also tucked in the house manual binder for quick reference**
The large outdoor trash cans should be rolled to the curb on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for pickup the following morning. If our property manager does not see them on the street, she will stop in and drag them to the curb.
~ Community Amenities:
Any community amenities, including the pool, are accessed by the keycard located in the wooden bowl by the front door.
If you take advantage of any of the community amenities, including the pool or courts, please follow all posted signs and rules regarding their use.
~ ~ ~ VERY IMPORTANT!!!! PLEASE NOTE:
The community pool is only open during the summer months and is closed for cleaning 1 day per week.
~ Summer only: we have a temporary AC unit installed in the breakfast nook, by the back door. This is in addition to the central HVAC. Our summers are so hot that if you try to cool the entire house below 74 degrees, using only the central unit, it will continuously struggle to keep up. We prefer to be kept cool, and we want our guests comfortable, hence the extra help of the temporary AC.
~ Not a rule, but a request:
When it’s warmer outside, we ask that our guests leave the ceiling fans on at all times. The reason is simple: It’s hot and humid here! The fans keep the air moving which assists the HVAC in the dehumidifying & cooling process. Keeping our fans running helps us to use less electricity overall & aids in the prevention of mold & odors inside our home. We also use an air purifier to assist with indoor allergens.
~ PET & SERVICE ANIMAL REQUIREMENTS:
All animals must be vaccinated, potty trained and/or contained, & medicated/treated for pests such as fleas, ticks, & any other parasites, viruses, or bacterial infections.
Animals must not cause any damage to the property.
Animals are NOT allowed on the furniture. (The living room ottoman can be placed upside down on the sofa, if needed, to prevent your animal jumping up) If your animal normally gets in bed or on the couch with you, that is NOT ALLOWED here!
We absolutely DO NOT allow animals on the furniture AT ALL. If your animal must be crated to keep them off the furniture & out of the beds, then you are REQUIRED to use a crate.
~ Other animal rules & notes about animal accommodations:
We hope you will make use of the animal door large enough to accommodate an extra-large dog.
Our community has a leash law. Please respect it.
We are not responsible for the health or safety of your animal(s) at any time, or under any circumstances.
Any animal waste must be removed from our yards.
Basic food & water bowls in the pantry.
Animal waste baggies have been provided for your convenience.
Operating the miniblinds is pretty easy. They’re magnetic. Just grab the bottom and raise them slowly. Please leave the blinds raised if you think your animal may damage them by trying to move them, bite them, or climb them! The same goes for the drapes. They can be pulled up over the curtain rod in the event that your animal can’t/won’t leave them alone.
