Room Ac was not working at all the room was already hot because it’s about 98 degrees outside in Houston Texas the room looked nothing like the photos online had to pay a 100$ deposit fee upon upon checking in I was told i will get it back . Left and I had a feeling to check my bank account just to see I had been charged 3 times so 300$ total the clerk wasn’t the issue he tried to help the property itself and the customer service is horrible do not spend your money here you’re better off sleeping in your hot car

When we got to the property and checked in. Our room was muggy and humid like the window was cracked open. In addition, the bathroom was not clean and the sheets were dirty. We checked out immediately

Poor service. No one frequently at front desk and phone not answered promptly. Free breakfast is a joke
The only hot food is the waffle you make yourself. The hotel needs serious renovation. Major potholes in parking lot.
Positive many restaurants within 5 minutes.

The employees were rude, and were actually nowhere to be found when we tried to check in. There was no phone in the room. The only ice machine was on the 4th floor and didn't work. There was hair on my toilet paper. Only one elevator worked. There is no first aid kit on site, or so we were told when my husband asked for a bandaid. The fence around the property is so full of blank spots and broken poles that it should just be taken down. Did not feel safe.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting and completely unorganized. The first room they gave me had two cockroaches crawling around before I could even set my bags down. That alone was enough to make me question the cleanliness of the place. I immediately went to the front desk to report it, and they reassigned me to another room—only for me to walk in and find someone already in there! I felt terrible for invading that person’s privacy, but that’s on the hotel for being so careless and unprofessional. The lack of organization and cleanliness here is shocking, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Overall place was nice & affordable. Breakfast cleaning staff was rude telling us why we did we use butter for waffle machine instead of of cooking spray & why we didnt pull out our waffle out if it was ready. 1. machine didnt beep 2. What is it to her if i like butter in my waffle. What a way the start the morning. If she didnt feel like working she should of stayed home no wonder why we were the only people at breakfast, she ran all of them off.

The first person that gave me the key to room wrote the wrong room number. I left for a couple of hours before going to my room. I told the new person what happen and he was rude to me an out r what happen

The deck clerk checked me in, but was in no way friendly, helpful or proactive; she didh't write my room number down, I later had to ask for the wifi password and no mention of any hotel amenities, breakfast serving time, etc.
I guess you get what you pay for.... L~
