Sunterra Community a 3.5-acre resort living. No parties, no vaping or smoking inside.

Our newly constructed lakefront home built in 2023. The house is furnished with all new and modern furniture to welcome you and your family to a lovely experience.

With 4 bedroom & 2.5 bath and an inviting backyard with dining furniture, grill, and a hammock.

Sunterra is a family oriented neighborhood with quiet family living, strictly no parties or events. No smoking or vaping allowed inside.

Perfect Family Home

This Katy home was perfect for our holiday gathering. The open floor plan, comfy furniture and well appointed kitchen made our stay so enjoyable. The location next to the lake and water feature made outdoor time interesting and relaxing. Communication with the host could not have been better. We made many Christmas memories and his beautiful home helped to make it extra special.

Wonderful House w/ lots of nice extras

Our extended family celebrated Christmas in this house. The host had the house all decorated with Christmas Tree, stockings and many other decorations that just made the event. The house was new, clean and accommodated our family perfectly. I would definitely stay here again!
