I booked this property because breakfast is included in the booking. I went for breakfast the first morning and was told breakfast wasn't showing up under my booking. I had to pay $40 for breakfast. After finding their mistake, they refunded $40 later that day.
Since the 1st day of the 3 days, there has been no hot water supply in the bathroom. Informed the front desk and management 3 times, but after getting no feedback or care to solve the issue had to inform Expedia about it. Expedia contacted management and was assured the situation would be taken care of. So Expedia assured me, too. But throughout my 3 days of stay, there was no hot water in my bathroom. Had to shower under cold water. Asking for a room change was also not accepted—non-cooperative staff.
After the stay, I informed Expedia about the whole experience. Expedia contacted property management for compensation, but was refused.
