Incredible home, has it all & close to everything.

Start inside in theatre room and watch the NFL Sunday ticket, or a movie. Or shoot some hoops on the indoor hoops set or play a little pool.
Outside is all artificial turf, with a putting green, a permanently fixed ping pong table and space to put your games- bags, connect 4, beer pong or giant jenga. If you are a grill master feel free to get to work, if you rather drink at the outside bar and watch the grill master you can.
Or you can just jump in or slide down into the relaxing pool.

We want you to feel at home during your stay, and we're happy to help with anything you may need. You can reach us by phone, text, or email if you have any questions or concerns.
We respect your privacy and understand that you may prefer minimal interaction during your stay. However, if you need any recommendations or have any questions about the house or the local area, we're always happy to help.
We will provide you with a unique code to access the house through our August lock. This way, you can check-in at your convenience and have complete privacy during your stay.
If you have any specific requests or needs during your stay, such as extra linens or towels, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Access to the rental will be provided via an August smart lock, which will allow you to enter the rental with a unique code that we will provide before your arrival.
The smart lock is easy to use and does not require any physical keys, so you won't need to worry about losing or misplacing them.
We recommend downloading the August app before your arrival so that you can easily manage your access code and lock and unlock the rental as needed.
We'll provide detailed instructions on how to use the smart lock, as well as any other features of the rental that you may need to know about.
If you have any issues with the smart lock during your stay, please let us know right away and we'll do our best to assist you.

5 bedroom home, the master has a king bed , while all the other beds are queen size. One of the bedrooms has 2 queen beds in there. There is also a crib located in the master bedroom. When you walk in you have the formal living room where you can sit down and talk or play the piano. Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms and the theater and game room are also located there.

You can drive or utilize ride share.

Much Needed Healing

We had a wonderful stay here while celebrating the life of my sister-in-law. It provided much-needed healing time with family. The space had plenty of games to keep everyone entertained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. Our host was incredibly accommodating, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

This property was everything I expected and some. The rooms were all spacious and accommodating to the group. We enjoyed the backyard and its amenities as well. I am glad I chose your property to stay in for my birthday trip.

Perfect Home For A Vacation!

Me and my family were looking for a very nice home to spend our 4th of July week on and this house was Perfect! beautiful Home, the pool was exactly as shown in the pictures, it was huge and very clean. The grill was awesome and so was the cinema. I will for sure come back here one day!

44th Birthday vacation

This property was nothing short of amazing top to bottom, we flew in and had a full itinerary of things to do however once I arrived pulling my back outside away from this house was like pulling teeth lbvs, the home has a vibe unlike any other, top notch EVERYTHING, you literally have to leave the house for nothing this host had thought of it all, all the way down to an authentic popcorn maker in the theater which is also in the home, the property was easy to access, the neighbors are wonderful, this property has so much space you don’t even have to see the guest you came with if you don’t want lbs, the pool side vibe at night was amazing the place was spic and span an all around 5 star stay, communication with the host was great response times were prompt, if your looking to get away this is where you’ll need to stay, just don’t book the days I’m coming back on lbvs because I’ll absolutely be coming back

Would Stay Again

We stayed at this house for our 3rd Annual Cousins Trip. We have five families with kids ranging from babies to 7 years old. This house was perfect for our trip. Check in/out was a breeze. The owner communicated with us the entire time to make sure we didn’t need anything. The house had so much room we didn’t even use some of the rooms. The pool and outdoor area was our favorite. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house. Has everything to entertain.

Great house with everything you may need. So many fun activities to enjoy inside and out. Also the interior was beautiful and cozy. Our family had a blast and we really wanted to be there longer. Hope to stay again in the future.

Great family house

We stayed here with 10 adults and 3 kids all under 6. The house was more than enough space for us all. With the game room and the outdoor area, we never left the house. The home has everything you need in the kitchen in order to prepare meals for large groups. Prior to our arrival there was a storm that knocked a portion of the fence down. The host was very kind and sent us a few surprise pizza’s. Definitely recommend the home.

When I say AMAZING!!! This house looks exactly like the photos. Clean, big, updated, just beautiful! My family and I only rent vacation homes and we’ve had homes in Florida, California, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Hawaii you name it but this house was the best by far! Well Done!

The perfect house!!!

This home was absolutely stunning. This house was meticulously thought out as the perfect vacation home. There was nothing the owners forgot from a completely stocked kitchen with every appliance you could ever need and plenty of utensils for a large group, plenty of linens, the beds were very comfortable. The house was extremely clean. The way the home was decorated was gorgeous. The outside of the home was like having your own private oasis with a beautiful pool and spa and plenty of games and seating for all to enjoy. Our family will definitely be staying here again!!

Family friendly, enough space and fun for all

We stayed here with our extended family including a baby and several toddlers/kids. Everything was clean and spacious. There were a variety of games inside and out for everyone. Most of the yard games were more geared towards adults but the kids had fun anyways. There's a secure gate on the pool which was a huge relief as we had so many littles running around. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the slide. There's also a crib in the main bedroom which was so helpful! We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but they were addressed right away by Jojo. Thanks!
