The property was not accommodating regarding early check-in, ultimately advising me to pay an additional fee to do so. The second issue I encountered was that the weather was extremely cold, and the heating unit in my room was not functioning. I requested maintenance to attend to this problem at least three times, yet no one arrived. Additionally, my key became stuck in the door, necessitating a visit from staff to issue a new key. I was informed that shuttle service operated every half hour; however, the following morning, when I was running slightly late, I was informed that the shuttle now operated hourly. This change could have caused me to miss my flight, as I initially planned to catch the next shuttle after the half-hour mark. Moreover, I was rushed during my departure and left expensive glasses in my room. I have yet to receive a response from the property regarding the return of these glasses. Lastly, my experience was further marred by the presence of a dog boarding facility adjacent to my room, which resulted in incessant barking for one to two hours as the dogs were let out. Overall, I found my stay at this hotel to be unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend it to others.

Great place for a nights sleep while waiting for a flight. The only issue we encountered was related to possible miscommunication/error in booking our shuttle. When we checked in, we booked the airport shuttle for 3:30am for our flight because the lady had mentioned that the shuttle runs every 30min. However upon checking out, another lady at the front desk told us that there were no shuttles booked for us and that the shuttle only comes every hour unless booked otherwise. This caused a lot of anxiety for us as we had a flight to catch early in the morning...

Before booking, you MUST know—this hotel is right beside a dog kennel. I was woken up at 7:15 AM by what sounded like five or more dogs barking right outside my window. It lasted around 30 minutes, and after that, I couldn’t fall back asleep. If you’re hoping for a sleep-in, this could be a dealbreaker. However, I believe this might not be an issue if you’re on a different floor or facing the street—so request that at check-in! That said, the hotel itself was clean, safe (especially as a solo female traveler), and conveniently close to the airport. The shuttle service worked well, and all the staff were very kind. It’s not a five-star hotel, but it does the job for a layover. Other quick notes: Didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. In-room coffee was fine, and the room had a fridge & microwave—a plus! AC worked great, and the shower was hot. Pillows could be better, but again, this is an affordable airport hotel, not a luxury stay. If you’re okay with early morning dog barking or can request a quieter room, this hotel is a solid choice for a short stay near the airport!

Shuttle to the airport is convenient, multiple hotel share same shuttle hence leave enough time for waiting dropping off or picking up other passengers. Hotel mattresses is a bit dirty although we did not experience bed bug or fleas. Renovations and maintenance of the hotel is a bit outdated. Good for one night stay before flight next day. If you arrive late, the waffle restaurant nearby is 24 hours.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean. Shuttle took an hour to pick us up from the airport. The breakfast consisted of cereal and or waffles. There is a dog kennel right behind the hotel so we didn’t need an alarm clock, dogs woke us up. Hotel also does not have any vending options.

The front people weren’t nice…only the lady in the kitchen was kind..the rest not so much..even the maids look at you strange. The tub had hairs…the shower didn’t work until you turned a switch on it..the shampoos are tiny vials…the bed was lobsided…we tried to tell the front people but usually there was no one in the front…the laundry stole my money..I went to the front and told them and the girl didn’t understand she just said she didn’t have any money to give me back…oh well I don’t think we’ll be back here again.
