The breakfast time mentioned is 6 am to 10 am. Arrived at 9 am to have breakfast. And there was nothing, no coffee, no bread, no jam, nothing. 40-45 guests were waiting for breakfast, and the manager refused to provide any kind of breakfast items to guests. She said she had never in her life seen a situation like this and didn't know what to do next. We could see a stack of bread and dry food items in the stock room behind her, and we asked to provide those at least, and were told that those stocks are for the next day, and she has no authority to touch them. She advised us to ask for compensation later, and we will be compensated accordingly. But later, when we asked for compensation through Expedia, we were refused as that is against their policy. So, no breakfast, no care of solving the problem they created, and no compensation. Great customer service.
