My wife and I went to a concert in the area of this hotel and chose to stay at this hotel based on proximity to concert, breakfast served at hotel, and looked like a clean hotel for a decent price.
I had called the hotel to ask if flowers were delivered for my wife there, if the hotel could place them in our room for us before we arrived. They said no problem! However, none of that was going to happen because the flowers never did arrive at the hotel lol... But the nice ladies at the front desk apparently were not going to let something like that stop a good time, so they went and decorated our room themselves. There were rose petals on the bed and all kinds of pretty things in the room. They informed me that the flowers did not arrive when we got there but we were blown away by how far above and beyond they went. Think my heart grew two sizes that day to see people still care. Very very cool.
As far as the hotel, its a very clean hotel with the beautiful pool area. The breakfast the next morning was the most impressive hotel breakfast I have seen and it was all GOOD. We don't drink, but there is beer and wine on tap in the dining room! Parking lot was safe, well lit and made, with easy access getting in and out of hotel parking lot.
For something being a hotel chain, which are usually exactly what you expect, this one stood out proudly and we felt welcomed and everyone was just so great. I can't recommend this place strongly enough if you are in the NASA area.
