Close to the Woodlands (about 6 min). Easy access to Hwy 45, 99 or the Hardy Toll Road. 1.2 mile off Hwy 45. Lots of amenities near by Cynthia Woods Pavilion, Starbucks, HEB, Kroger, Golf Courses, movie theaters, shopping, dining, and night life.
