Conveniently located in the serene neighborhood of The Woodlands/ Conroe, this beautiful home with 5-bedroom - plus game room boasts exquisite features for ultimate comfort and entertainment.

- 5m to Woodlands Medical Center
- 10m to The Woodlands Mall & Business Park
- 20m to Lake Conroe & Old Town Springs (Must see!)
- 30m to IAH Airport

NO EVENTS ALLOWED. This is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with strictly enforced ordinances. If you plan to throw a loud party, please look elsewhere.

The Woodlands Retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and entertainment, making it an idyllic getaway for families and business alike.

MOVIE/ GAME ROOM is a heaven for entertainers:

Whether enjoying a movie night with family or hosting a game tournament with friends, this versatile space provides endless entertainment options.

The living area open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living spaces, creating an inviting atmosphere for both daily living and entertaining. The home features 5 generously-sized bedrooms, each offering ample closet space, and large windows that flood the rooms with natural light. The master suite serves as a luxurious retreat, complete with a spa-like ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower.

The focal point of the backyard oasis is a stunning pool, perfect for year-round enjoyment. A covered outdoor kitchen and dining area offer a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living, making it perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing with family.

This is a peaceful and quiet neughborhood with strictly enforced ordinances. If you plan to throw a loud party, please look elsewhere.

We have 5 exterior cameras in front door, side doors, garage door an back yard that will be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies/ house rules are adhered to.

Up to 8 parking spots (2 in the garage and 6 in front of the garage)

The home is located on the east side of I-45 with a quick access to the freeway.

HOUSE RULES:
- No noise after 9PM. This is the most quiet neighborhood with strict HOA. Neighbors will complain and call patrol/ police for any noise disturbance after 9PM
- Swim at your own risks. Please supervise your kids at all times when they use the pool or are near the grill.
- 8 parking spots. DO NOT park on the street.
- Pet fee $150 per stay. Two pets maximum.
- NO STUDENT/ DISRUPTIVE PARTIES. NO EVENTS ALLOWED.
- In the event of undisclosed pet(s) and/ or gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund
- No smoking
- No illegal substances nor activities allowed on the property.
- No noise after 9PM.

POOL RULES:
- Pool hours: 8 AM - 9PM
- Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18.
- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained
-Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk. No running, diving, or any type of the glass in the pool area. No children swimming without adult supervision.

BUGS & WILDLIFE Disclaimer:
Please understand, we are in close proximity to greenery. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but limited to: deer, birds, bees, mosquitos, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches, rally polies to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We DO spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control Mother Nature, and therefore, we DO NOT refund if encounter her business during your stay. Thank you.

Nice place near the Woodlands

We were looking for a place to stay near the woodlands on a business trip. Our team stayed at the house for nearly a week. Very functional with plenty of space.
