“空调开启一个半小时都没有热风，报告前台维修或更换房间，一个印裔女工作人员前来观察了两次，说要等更长时间就会有热风出来。开一天车长途旅行到这里，快夜里12点了，就把车里的睡袋搬上来就当野外宿营入睡了。第二天退房赶紧赶路，前台上白班的另一个男士给我补了一个微笑。”

“整体来说不错，个人觉得比较舒服。临酒店有家24小时的汉堡店，口味很不错。早餐是标准美式的冷早餐，中国人可能会不太习惯，但我感觉很好。整体来说经济划算，睡的舒服。”

“Only issues phones in rooms weren’t working. Stayed system was getting up dated. ”

“Booked online and ran into problems with that. But the staff was more than patience and worked to figure out the issue. The hotel is being remodeled, so it still had work to be done but the completed part of the hotel we're very nice. There is no smoking and a fine will be applied. But pets are welcomed. There is a security fee that I didn't know about. But the staff lowered it security fee to accommodate us. The staff is really what made the stay nice they had so many problems but they……

“2 stars because it's a bed for $60 a night with free parking and close proximity to food and groceries. One of the front desk staff was helpful to a point. Elevator is a CSI scene, showers dirty, bedding is a concern, smells like weed is being grown in the rooms and smoked through the building. With that being said, this hotel needs to have more than paint slapped on the walls. It truly should get a full renovation or advertise for hourly rooms. “Everything is great! Cozy and clean room, friendly front desk staffs and housekeepers. Free parking. A bit bad access to Wi-Fi for the first-time log-in. Unclear road sign as well as bad google map direction, it's better to drive in by Northgate crossing Blvd., instead of Hardy Fwy. because the entrance will be closed if road tree trimming, but there are no notice sign ahead.”
