“We needed a last-minute place to stay for a family member who suddenly passed away in Aberdeen, and were thrilled to find this home available at an amazing price in the historic area of the town. The home dates to the 1930s, and has all the character and charm of architecture during that era. I had to explain to my adult son that each room had two doors because there was no air conditioning in 1935, so the architecture ensured air flow. Fortunately, the home has ice-cold AC!
