“My husband and I took the week to visit multiple Earthworks sites across Ohio. Newark served as our "home base" and we LOVED this town! This property above the Arcade was an awesome location for being able to access local restaurants, coffee shops, book stores and so much more. It was a great set-up for 2 people to come back each day and rest, prep picnic lunches, and even do our laundry! Great stay!”

“Cute little upper loft! Small but yet spacious enough to meet all of your needs!! Location was just what I needed to be close to everything I was looking to do for the short weekend stay! My only negative and it’s really not that bad and not much you can do about it is the shower. Tall step in and out with the curtain rod so low hard to lift high and duck low to get in/out. And low shower head. Overall a great place and I highly recommend and will look to stay again for my future events in the……

“The kids had so much fun exploring the house, with the cool grand staircase and the "secret" staircase and all of the ornately decorated rooms. The house was charming and fun both inside and out. We had a large group but there were enough kitchen supplies. It was also nice there was a dishwasher and laundry to wash dishes and dish towels. The only reason it's not a straight 5 star is because we left a therapeutic ice roller in the freezer and the host never responded to my messages about it.”

“A total time-capsule perfectly kept! The furniture was comfortable in the areas you wanted to hang out, the decorative pieces were in great condition and from the late 50’s/early 60’s.You feel like you are in the middle of the woods, but town is just down the road. River is in the backyard, the hot tub was in perfect condition, kitchen was well stocked for cooking for a large group, & the property overall was very comfortable. “These apartments are in an old building. And while the one i stayed in was clean it was not what i would call smartly upgraded. The shower was the size of a phone booth. The rain shower head was terrible. This was the worst shower I have ever experienced as a guest anywhere in my life. At least a hand held shower spray would have helped the situation. The linens and towels were nice and the snacks and coffee maker were the best thing about my stay.”
