“Being in a downtown area I expected some challenges but was never informed as to the $18.00 per day additional parking fee. This of course, added to the cost of my stay. I just wish this charge was "up front" instead of a "by the way". Caught me off guard. Overall, my stay was good... a clean, comfortable room is always appreciated. Rick B”

“A nice place downtown, and a bit more understated than some of the others. It's in an older building that's been reworked as a hotel, which can make for some cool spaces. Be sure to get a room down the hall from the elevator, as the outside floors are old and a bit squeaky, but the rooms themselves are nice and peaceful.”

“The house is a great lake front house. We were here over a long winter weekend and so didn't make much use of the large screened in porch but did enjoy the beautiful views of the lake (and eagles in the trees out front).Host was easy to work with and responsive to all questions. Check in was super easy. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great and the house was nicely updated. Communication with the owner was easy and you can tell they want their guests to have a great stay. The hot cocoa/coffee bar, available pack & play and high chair, and well equipped kitchen were nice touches that set this property apart from other rentals we’ve had in the past. They also had a lot of lake/beach items available for use in the garage if staying in the summer months. ”

“This space was AMAZING!!! So lovely! More jam enough space. Everything was clean, owner is great at communicating! Our group was very mixed in age and everyone enjoyed themselves! Extra covers extra towels I can go on and on about this great home the photos do no justice. Thank you Floyd. This is definitely at the top of our double backs be seeing u again soon”
