Frustration with Getting Check-in and Checkout Instructions
Contacted Vrbo on 5/9/23 to get check-in instructions on how to get in the house once we got there on 5/12/23. They sent me an email but the app on how to "Access your rental" never would open. I contacted Vrbo several times to let them know. As of one hour before we left on our trip I still didn't have an email telling me how to get in the house. Once I left my house I couldn't get in my email. Made several calls to Vrbo on my way to the house. Never could get in touch with the Property Manager and neither could Vrbo. It was only until I got to the property was I able to get a code to get in the house.
This is unacceptable business from a property manager. If you are going to rent a property you better be sure guests can reach you if they have a problem.
