Their information wasn’t on the Expedia website cabinet was clean but needs some updating, but this area is very beautiful. “This was our second stay at Kaldbakur. We love the location and the view! And we especially appreciate the design elements of this house. Mr Sietz is a fabulous architect/designer! We cooked all of our dinners at the house. The kitchen is sufficiently supplied but you need to bring all food items except for salt/pepper. The bed is very comfortable and the hot pot a real treat! We hope to come back again.”

“The house is beautiful and well cared for, and a great home base for outdoor activities in the Grenivik area. It's a bit remote if you're exploring more regionally. I think we may have been the first visitors of the season so there were a few things overlooked (snow-blocked driveway, among others), but the owner was very responsive about issues. That said, if you're in a caretaker role, it's not a great fit. There's not a single comfortable seat in the house to sit and look out at the water. The……
