She was supposed to stay there for just one night to get the hostel experience, but she ended up staying the whole week because of the amazing customer service she received from them. “整體我是滿意酒店，員工親切有善！之前看評價說夜晚的車子聲很嘈吵會影響睡眠，但是我們認為聲音可以接受不至於影響睡眠，附近的環境也方便鄰近BTS站，只是附近夜晚的街燈較少！但是希望酒店提升清潔房間的質素，因為有一些參差！有一些員工會很整齊，但有一些員工會不整齊移動了我們的物件以及弄髒了我們的物品，這樣令我們有點不愉快！還有房間內也有一些蜘蛛網，這樣會令人感覺不整潔！幸好，酒店整個環境是令我們舒適的！希望有機會再來住，服務會再提升和改善！”
