“Pase los primeros días del mes en el hotel, habitación primer piso, cerca a la piscina . Algunas cosas que podrían mejorar sería el mantenimiento a la ventana que era muy duro para abrir, el teléfono que no funciono ( pero que se solucionó comunicándome por wsp con recepción ), y el baño que pareciera no estar en buenas condiciones . Pienso que algunas cosas son un poco antiguas u oxidadas por la brisa del mar . Sin embargo ha sido una buena experiencia, el tener la piscina, playa al alcance……

“Great location steps away from the beach with lots of restaurants around. The hotel is in the heart of Huanchaco a vibrant beach town. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water, daily cleaning and a simple breakfast of eggs, bread, jam, coffee and juice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close, a short bus ride, to Chan Chan and the buses pass right by the hotel. “The hotel and the staff were very friendly, unfortunately the room we were assigned seems like it might have been the worst room in the hotel. We were above the entry to the hotel and there was a very bright light outside all night long as well as constantly hearing everyone who came and went. Also, our room didn't have any outside seating which most of them did or any real view of the beautiful greenspace within the hotel. Overall the hotel was nice and the staff friendly and helpful. “Everything was perfect - good communication with Angel before arrival, he helped me with our luggage, the room was excellent, the kitchen has everything you need, laundry was available cheaply, and there's hot water in the shower. Huanchaco is a nice chilled town and there are plenty of places to eat. The market, fruit and vegetable stores and bakery are a couple of minutes walk from the accommodation, the beach about ten minutes walk. We extended our stay multiple times and highly recommend……

“The people at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The shower curtain was full of mildew and I could hear people talking in other rooms, which was uncomfortable. The mattress was covered in some kind of plastic. The hotel seems to be well kept. They were repainting the outside while I was there. I loved the area. There were a lot of neat little restaurants right along the street where the hotel is located and they are less expensive than those directly across from the ocean. ”

“Las instalaciones se ven antiguas. El personal no tenía idea de que iba a registrarme, pretendían cobrarme cargos extras por ingresar dentro de la hora anunciada. *Tuve que contactarme con soporte para solicitar asistencia* -El sitio no ofrece transporte al aeropuerto Lo peor es que pretendían cobrarme por una mesa antigua la cual ni siquiera somos responsables -Ese es el trato que le dan a los turistas- No lo recomiendo y no vale la pena pagar por ese precio puedes buscar otro sitio donde……

“Staff is very helpful and polite, made me feel like an VIP the whole time. Always asking if we needed anything. The place is near a history park from the time of the Spanish colonization. It could get noise on the weekends, but usually noise stops around 10pm and it is quiet after that.”
