“Overall, the hotel stay was average. Most aspects were acceptable, though not particularly outstanding. One notable issue was the behaviour of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him. There was also a noticeable odour in the room upon arrival. It wasn’t very pleasant at first. However, eventually got used to it after the first night. "我是第二次入住，服務人員還是很好，硬件設施開始走下坡了，馬桶發臭有問題，天花板上有污漬，好意換了30層一間比較大的房間給我，結果一進門就霉味很重。後來反應後拿了一台空氣清淨機給我使用。應該是趁我不在房間的時候把室內霉味除掉吧，天真的服務人員拿了空氣清淨機放我房間裡面根本就沒有開啟，直到我回房間後又是霉味很難受！本來住在33樓，晚上回酒店到了33樓廊道內，一股剩菜的臭味充滿了廊道，原因是隔壁的旅客竟然把用過的剩菜剩飯餐盒全丟在門外，地上還流了一灘湯汁菜水。很難想像這個級別的酒店客人的水平也有很糟糕的。馬桶有問題不怪服務人員，因為她沒去坐馬桶臭味是不會出現的，但是馬桶間的天花板一大片污漬都不知道已經出現多久了（我是以為是上一層馬桶的污水造成的）服務人員沒有回報問題。至於最大的過錯則是飯店的經理，以為拿幾瓶茶水ㄧ瓶紅酒換一間比較大的房間給我，問題就解決了，可是霉味很重的問題，經理根本就沒有事先去房間確認過，因為馬桶的問題換一間霉味的房間給我根本就是在製造更大的問題！所以我的結論就是一切都在退步中⋯⋯可惜了廈門華爾道夫"
