“Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. My Goodness, the beds are soft and comfortable. Having split rooms with a group was great. I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't say one bad thing about it. ”
“The casa Muru manager literally kicked me and my small children out on the street with no notice (after she approved our booking and took our payment), knowing that my infant and toddler were sick. ”
“We enjoyed this place for its view and the service was excellent. We were a family of 5 and Ms Julia went above and beyond helping us meet our needs. She also made sure our room was clean and warm. I definitely recommend it.”
“I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. It was a special treat to eat at the tasty breakfast buffet in the morning, watch the……
“This is a lodging experience like no other. Located a 10 minute walk from the town of Ollantaytambo, it’s nestled in a eucalyptus forest alongside the roaring Urubamba River. Very secure, behind stone walls, locked gates and with the adorable, loyal “guard dog” Beethoven . we stayed in the glass pyramid (watch your head climbing in) and kept pinching ourselves in disbelief of where we were! There are plenty of different options including cabins and a treehouse. It’s more like glamping with……
"the room is fair. you got what you pay, they have everything you need, even kettle. meanwhile, the staff is super super nice ! full star for them and the breakfast is nice. they have really nicr fried rice"
"Good location. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has lots of varieties and starts from 3:00am. Free airport shuttle bus service is an advantage."
"The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff.
The breakfast lady is very nice too.
But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered.
They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is quite cold without heater, it is freezing cold when you are out of bed 4 in the midnight preparing to go out for some tour. Prepare really warm clothes."
