“Needed a place for the weekend to get to an appointment in Dayton on Saturday and do a bike ride in Yellow Springs on Sunday. It was just like the listing, cute place with the right amount of space for two people to eat, sleep and relax. Used the kitchen to cook dinner each night and had everything we needed. The little balcony was perfect spot to sit outside and read. The desk in the living room nook was perfect spot to get some work done. Trail access was really close (walking distance). It is……

“The apartment is convenient to restaurants on 5th St in the Oregon District. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the architects and gardens. The owner has done a great job improving an apartment in an older building. Electric outlets were minimal, but we found one behind the kitchen trash,one in the aisle behind the sofa, and another under a shelf in……
