“We had a great week at the property. Even with 29 people it was spacious enough for all. Access to the beach was nice, and the pool and hot tub were a big hit. The upstairs fridge was having a hard time making enough ice, but we bought extra. The one negative comment is for the outdoor grill, it was disgusting. Spent an hour scraping oyster shells and an inch layer of grease and other gunk off the bottom pan and grill racks. It took everyone awhile to get used to all the rooms, and we couldn't……

“We love staying at the Sandlot! This was our 3rd year renting this cottage and we have already booked it again for summer of 2026! We are a family of 8 adults and 7 grandchildren- the layout of the rooms/ bedrooms is perfect for us. The close proximity to the gorgeous beach is a plus, along with the fenced in pool. We highly recommend this cottage to rent! ”

“Overall really enjoyed our stay. Great location on a quiet section of beach, loved the beach toy box, 3 levels of decks, and heated outdoor shower.I was a little worried about sound due to it being a duplex but honestly never heard anything from the other side all week.One suggestion for improvement would be to add blackout courtains at least to a few of the bedrooms. All the rooms have basic blinds but the rooms get pretty light as soon as the sun comes up, would be nice to be able to sleep in……

“This is a beautiful property. Plenty of room to accommodate our eleven adults and one grandchild. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use through the week. Both were clean and well maintained. Deck space was plenty for our group to spread out. Great ocean view and nice, clean beach. The two kitchens was a nice plus (especially the two refrigerators- one for food, one for beverages. Would happily stay here again. ”

“Magical venue! Guests from all over the country drove or flew in. Plenty of parking for the drivers and proximity of airport(s) made it a breeze. Beautiful rooms and amenities! Local professionals with whom we worked were familiar with this gorgeous venue making the wedding "production" so much easier. All the guests were thrilled with the accommodations, enjoyed the pool, the beach, and did I mention the Tiki Bar! So fun! Property manager, Greg gave us so many helpful suggestions. Most……

“This property was wonderful for our family. We had 8 adults, a one year old and 2 dogs and the layout was great! We had a small issue the first day and the owner's immediately addressed it. The location was great being near all the soos and grocery store! I would absolutely recommend this house.”
