“My husband is disabled and we don't get to get out much this little cabin was just what we needed we sat outside on the porch early morning watching the dark turn into light the sound of the water trees whistling in the wind the Canadian geese were beautiful cabin was so clean and nicely kept and the host was prompt with everything we needed I definitely found our favorite place thanks for making our 29th anniversary a memorable trip ”

“We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park.……

“Lovely peaceful setting on the river, quiet country setting. Access to surrounding towns was easy and I appreciated the list of businesses you provided. The views from the balconies were great as well. Managing the stairs with luggage was a bit challenging. Would be nice if owners could build out a bit of a landing zone at door height for luggage to sit on while you open the door. That was such a tiny part of the visit, it wouldn’t prevent me from staying again though. Overall I enjoyed the……

“We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again, my friend and I stayed 3 nights and we only got 2 towels for the whole stay, pillows not super great, definitely bring your own. It was clean and very cute. ”

“We came to Bristol for a show at the Hard Rock. The property is several miles away but we were able to uber without difficulty. The property owners were on top of everything. We didn’t have trash bags or an iron and within an hour both were being delivered. There were 4 couples and we usually stay in rentals with a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. Having only 2 bathrooms wasn’t the most convenient but we made it work. There aren’t many rental options in Bristol that met our needs. The rooms……

“Super quiet little gem out in the valleys. We enjoyed our visit very much! Well equipped place with a lot of thought put into things and some more than just the basics in staples and condiments which was appreciated. Do NOT attempt this place in a car with low clearance as they are not joking about the driveway. It is steep and has water control speed bumps that are no joke. There is also a very steep left turn at the top of the mountain that reminded us of a roller coaster! Internet worked……
