“Nice retreat for the weekend”

“Our family found the perfect house! Every thing was so easy from booking to checking in and out! The house was stocked with everything you could need and the owners were amazing to deal with! The lake was a walk to get to but not too bad. We took the paddle boards out and the kids loved it as much as we did! We can’t wait for our next stay! ”

“The house was extremely clean and very well stocked with supplies. We had many adventures exploring the caves and after tiring ourselves out the hot tub was perfect to get ready for the next day! ”

“We loved everything about the Log Cabin at Nolin Lake. The cabin felt very cozy yet had plenty of room for a family of 12. The kitchen was well equipped, had everything we needed and then some. Had plenty for kids to do, video and board games, puzzles and an outdoor rope swing. Loved sitting on the back porch, with plenty of seating. Would have been fun to use the fire ring, but we had 90 degree days. Convenient in that it had a restroom on every floor. Would definitely like to come back……

The house and property met our needs and allowed for us to have a great family vacation. Do keep in mind that you are located in the middle of nature so there will be lots of bugs and wildlife. The fresh eggs and other surprises that Darrell brought us made our trip even a little more special. ”

“This A-frame cabin was so cute, clean, and cozy!! It was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Mammoth Cave National Park! This trip was only my husband and me, but we were saying this would easily fit more people too if we came back in a few years with a family! The upstairs loft room and bathroom were so cute! The kitchen had plenty of counter space and was equipped with all of the utensils and appliances needed for us to make coffee and breakfast in the morning! If we had wanted to bake……

“The cabin is beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. Check in was easy and uncomplicated. We didn't use much in the kitchen, but it appeared well stocked.”

“This is a beautiful house with nice curb appeal. Inside, it reminds me of a modern version of the movie "The Great Outdoors." With really nice tongue and groove pine board walls and distressed kitchen cabinets. Beyond that, getting to the well maintained dock was pretty simple and it gave us easy acces to our boat and the lake. ”
