“We enjoyed the convenience and walkability. Downtown Woodstock is about a 10 to 15 minute easy walk to shops and eateries. We stayed in the King Suite, a 2nd floor lodging that was clean, spacious and included pretty much all you need for a stay (games, books, kitchenette, toaster oven, pots, pans, hair dryer, mini fridge, plenty of blankets and towels). We had quick responses from the Ipad concierge and website chat for any questions. Thanks for a relaxing stay! ”

“We had a lovely stay at this Kingston guest house! The backyard oasis, pool, and hot tub were very special! ”

“I loved everything about this place ! The room the giraffe house it’s so gorgeous ! Sean the man who takes care of and manages the property is so knowledgeable. He gave my boyfriend and I a tour around the whole property with his goats and when I tell you this man knows the property HE KNOWS THE PROPERTY & history of the area. The experience wouldn’t have been the same with out him. ”

“The cottage was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the quiet and the relaxation. It was close to all of the venues and towns we wanted to visit. Ben and Andrew were gracious hosts and quick to respond to questions. Check in/out was a breeze. We truly appreciated their “no chore list” philosophy. “My GF and I usually stay closer to Tannersville but wanted to check out this area. This place was perfect. Room was cozy and the mini living room addition to room with a pullout couch made if feel more spacious. Bed was super comfortable and had antique feel of the furniture and house. the self serve (honor system) bar and array of board games made for a nice relaxing night in by the gas fire place. The coffee and grab and go fruit/snacks, muffins was timely and perfect for starting out our day.……

“This location for me was exactly what was needed. Close enough to downtown Woodstock but remote and quiet with a tremendous view. Very clean and comfortable lodging. Helped me immensely to disconnect for a few days. Highly recommend ”

“Nicole's place is very conveniently located, clean as a whistle, comfortable and worked perfectly for me, my husband and our pup. Very nice, new modern property but still with woodsy charm. Nicole's communication and hospitality (left us some gorgeous looseleaf tea) was A+. Would definitely stay again! ”

“My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. ”
