“My family loved this wonderful lake cabin, it was very peaceful, yet close to the action. It's about 1 hour from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. After 2 days of Acadia, we spent our 3rd day enjoying the lake and renting a jet ski. Overall a great experience for the family. We also recommend Sheila's snacks which is less than 1 mile down the road. She baked a blueberry pie for us and it was the best we had while in Maine. ”

I was there for only 15 or so hours but it is such a beautiful and peaceful place, awash in beauty and nature, if felt like a whole restful vacation. I was in Bangor for a work training and arrived at 6am rested, inspired, and ready to go. The bed is perfect. the sectional is comfortable, Wifi top-rate. Kitchen has everything you need. Sonya is a superb host and has anticipated your every need, including sunblock and insect spray in case you……
