“Es war alles wie auf den Fotos, traumhafter Ausblick aufs Meer und Denia. Ein sauberer und großer Pool mit Sonnenliegen und Meerblick. Das moderne Haus mit großen Panoramafenstern und eine offene Küche mit allem was man braucht, Weinschrank und einen Ofen, großes Esszimmer und Leseecke, Klimaanlage, Fliegengitter, TV in jedem Zimmer, 2 Bäder mit WC und Dusche und eine extra Waschküche mit Dusche und Fitnessgeräten. Ein eigener, unbeschatteter Parkplatz oben an der Straße. Treppen führen runter……

“Nice little place with perfect view. No kingsize bed instead A small 2 persons bed wich Made A lot of noise everytime you turn. Little argument about an extra guest (6th person) and wanting to let me pay An extra €150 for that. In the end hè didn’t chargeer anything for it so was greatfull for that. Left the house and to my surprise got A message saying the cleaning lady found A very dirty house. We did not make A mess at all so I think hè needs Another cleaning lady.”

“We had a really lovely stay in this beautiful villa.The layout is great,it had everything we needed and more and was very clean and tidy.We made full use of the pool and barbecue.The location was great for us as we could walk 15 minutes to the supermarket and 45 minutes to a beautiful beach and local area.Patricia our host was so friendly,amenable and helpful,from communications to welcoming us with wine water and fruit.We thank her also for taking and picking us up from the bus stop and taking……

“This is the third visit and as ever the property was great. Fantastic pool with BBQ and outside shower & toilet, there was a lovely mix of shaded and sunny areas to suit everyone. The downstairs was spacious with plenty of different places to relax and eat. The master bedroom and en-suite is huge with great air conditioning and comfortable bed. Calpe is 10 mins easy drive away with plenty of supermarkets to choose from. We also enjoyed the beach front restaurants. Our friends enjoyed exploring……

“Cullera is an amazing small town with everything you need— great restaurants with a Mediterranean view, grocery stores, excellent public transportation and very friendly people. This apartment is in an ideal location with a spectacular view of the ocean. This view is well worth the money for the apartment. Now, the apartment is a bit weathered but nothing we couldn’t handle. ”

My wife an I stayed for 8 nights and the only negative was that we had to leave!Tracie, who manages the property was absolutely wonderful with lots of helpful advice throughout our stay and a pleasure to chat with.Hope to be back again soon and would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars!”
