“Great little studio for your stay in CDA. Everything was great. Full sized stove and fridge. A few necessities available. The host even left us fresh local coffee beans. French press and coffee machine and kettle - lotsa options!No dishwasher. Hand held shower The only annoyance was having to open a lock box to get the keys and that the front door needs two keys instead of one. ”

“We live here in Spirit Lake and were having drywall work done and we rented this VRBO for 12 days. It was nice to be only 5 miles from home as we had to go home to tend to our fur babies! We enjoyed the comfort of home we felt here. Only suggestions i would make is the loft sleeps 6 but there are only 3 dishes in the set. Since we were there 12 nights, i cooked most meals and the pots and pans supply was not great but i had the luxury of grabbing some things from home. Only other issue is if……

“Hosts were very easy to communicate with and home was wonderful with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Location was close to many restaurants and attractions, the ride to the lake was about 3 minutes. “We knew from the pictures and other reviews that it is an older home. We chose it because of the proximity to Silverwood. It is just a few minutes drive. We did not anticipate the very old furniture with holes in the upholstery, and holes in the carpet. The kitchen did have all the necessary equipment but a little short on silverware. There air conditioner works well. The lawn on the backside of the house was nice. The host can’t control nature but the wasps were terrible. Overall this house……
