“We have a large group of guys that go to an annual golf trip. Everyone in our group that this house was amazing. The place was even more awesome in person than the listing reflected. There was ample amount of space for sleeping arrangements and allowed for people to spread out. The game room was used quite extensively. The overall house was equipped well with supplies (i.e. towels, kitchen accessories, plates and utensils, etc.) to use for our stay. Being by the lake made for a really……

“We came to Birmingham for a hospital visit at UAB. The home was perfect, quiet, and just enough space for 4 adults and 1 infant. There were no pot holders for taking things out of the oven and there was a used washcloth handing on the shower from the previous guest, but it was overall a great stay. Definitely would consider this home again if it’s available! ”

“Great location by mountain bike trail and Taco Mac! Excellent communication from owner. Had everything we could need for a short weekend and then some - the folding cart was much appreciated for hauling items. ”

“Enjoyed our stay in this modernized early 1900 house. Brought back many memories of the house I grew up in along the Mississippi River.”

“Needed a clean place to stay for college graduation and it was perfect for our needs. Had a few things that needed immediate attention, but Judith sent someone out immediately. It is located in an older neighborhood, which is rough around the edges.However, we felt safe and did not have any problems. “I liked that there was shopping nearby including a grocery store. Parking was great as well. Easily walk to food/stores. The apartment itself was great. Clean and had supplies such as detergent for the dish and clothes washer. Highly recommend!”
