“Location is usually a priority in choosing a hotel: Close to transportation, attractions, restaurants and shops. Glacia Neuva isn’t located close to anything. Two hours from Bratislava or from Kosice, this hotel is a destination. (if you have more money than time, the hotel has a helipad.) The blue edifice with a commanding views in all directions, retains the majesty of its origins as a 600 year old castle, Elegant and rich in history, this hotel is more than worth the journey.”

“Positives : great location in a beautiful park, very quiet place; buffet dinner included (which I wasn't aware of making the reservation); big superior room with a fridge. Negatives : no air conditioning in the room, the SPA very basic, the swimming pool very shallow and basic, jacuzzi with no massage (or not working), just one Finnish sauna working, the other bio-sauna closed; the water in the sauna cooling pool - terribly dirty and disgusting - I wasn't able to get in there! The place only……
