“Never stay here. Was filthy looked like a crack house no communication at all. Had to find somewhere else last minute for 5 people as I wouldn’t put my worst enemy in this house! ”

“SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined……

“We booked and paid for 9 rooms at this property through VRBO. One of the team turned up at the property to find that there were no rooms - this property has not hired out rooms since October 2022. Still trying to get a refund through VRBO. Avoid at all costs!”

“The yurts are amazing. Definitely request an electric one they warm up so quickly. The people with the log burners always swemed to run out and only 1 bag was provided so they always said it ended up coal. Definitely pop into the animal park that is amazing. The brazilian lady came across very rude but the owner was really attentive when we had an issue and all the other staff were really friendly. ”
