Overall, we had a nice stay at the Wyndham Palamas. I'll start by saying every staff member we encountered were great. Everyone was so friendly. To name a few - Angel the driver/security was awesome! So personable and friendly. Kayla at the pool bar was great. The bartender (I forget his name but he was there almost daily) was so nice. Brian (management) was also very nice. The landscaping and grounds on this resort are absolutely beautiful. The property is kept so nice. The 2 pools were great - the kids had a blast. There is a small playground for kids which was nice to have. It was a bit of a walk depending on where you are staying on the resort which was fine for us but just worth noting if you had young kids you'll want to make sure to bring a stroller. The room we stayed in was nice, but had a bit of a mildew smell to it. Same as the pack n play we were given but this was easy to let go because we were just so thankful it was available to us. The room, even with their air on were so humid that it was impossible to dry any wet clothing. You are unable to hang anything outside so be prepared to bring home your clothing wet. I'm not sure if it was the room we were in but it seemed like housekeeping came so late in the day, like when we were done at the beach and ready to shower etc. With this being said, when they had not yet gotten to our room and we called for new towels they brought them so quickly. It just worked out that our rooms weren't refreshed eve

There was no microwave in the room only a small fridge, which they charged us an additional $200 when we checked out for use. "resort fee". They didn't offer water in the rooms. We had to go to cafe to purchase which was extremely overpriced. I spent $57 on 7 beverages one day. We were charged $15 a day additionally for parking. The beach is close but you can't swim on it. And if You purchase a $20 (average sized) drink at the swim up bar they will dump it out even if you only took a couple drinks out of it if swim because "You don't do that in Puerto Rico" so buy your drink and chug it. Housekeeping cleaned our room on Monday and only made one bed, then on Thursday we had to go ask the front desk to have them clean it because they hadn't been back. They said that's because they only clean every other day but the math didn't math between Monday and Thursday is 4 days! It was a beautiful resort. I loved all of the lizards, turtles and birds!

My room got flooded. My property got damaged. None of the amenities that were said to be included. I actually receive my children. Did not eat free when I did get a meal from travel. The food was dirty. There was still scales on my whole fish. It was horrible. I was charged $150 for a meal none of us could eat. This has been the worse trip experience I’ve had in my life time. I truly am in disbelief I’ve never been eager to end vacation. Thank you for trying. I’m glad my family is safe no injuries etc.

The resort was fantastic, the room was sizeable and clean. We were fortunate to have our room right outside one of the pools so my 10 year old had a field day going there as soon as we left the room. The front area of the room also had a couple of chairs that made drying our bathing suits and towels very convenient. Staff was very attentive, poolside bar and pizza were great also. The parking was a bit far away from the entrance but i didnt mind the walk that much.

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending our honeymoon at the Wyndham Palmas Beach and Golf Boutique Resort, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, always greeting us with warm smiles, which truly made our stay smooth and enjoyable. One of the highlights was definitely the poolside drinks – they were absolutely fantastic and added a little extra magic to our relaxing days by the water. The resort's ambiance was perfect for a romantic getaway, and we felt right at home. We're already looking forward to our next visit and can't wait to bring the kids along, as I’m sure they will love the resort just as much as we did. Overall, our experience at Wyndham Palmas was delightful, and we highly recommend it for couples and families alike!

Great spot for relaxing at the pool(s). Enjoyed the swim up bar, and great service. Found the room was pretty good, but could use some upgrading.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, pools were great especially the swim up bar. The beach on property was gorgeous but not swimmable while we were there (heavy winds) and I’m not sure if it swimmable but it’s a nice place to relax. Food options on property had amazing food and the room was beautiful and clean.

TV did not work, even after they sent different guys for 4 times. Refrigerator did not work, service guy said it’s supposed to keep water bottles better than at room temperature.
