“Beautiful property close to the ocean wonderful outside balconies pool and gazebo size ring do you wear we all love this place”

“The property was beautiful. The owner and his property manager were quick to help when the power went out. They got the generator up and running and a small portable ac unit to help cool it down. When the power came back on their electrician came right out and reconnected everything. When we were there the beach was covered in sea weed, from y understanding from asking around it’s just what it is this time of year. Your are very close to town, but not much else. It was great to have a car! We……

“This location is perfect. The condo/villa is clean and basically overlooks the beautiful pool. Walking distance to a lovely beach with very few people. very safe location as you enter through two gates to get to your unit. Having a rental car made it easy to get to grocery stores and all over the island. Master bedroom is large and the bed is comfy. The kitchen Is a nice size and was very clean.”

“The location and the studio was amazing. Very clean and cozy. I did not like the smell in the fridge or that the cleaner dumps the dirty water out in the beautiful bushes in front of the porch. There is lots of lint ect stuck in the pretty bushes now”

“This entire listing is a scam! The pictures and amenities listed are from the Wyndham in Rio Grande, the ACTUAL property is the Aquátika property in Loiza. We didn’t find this out until we were on the plane to PR, finally received a text from the property (after days of trying to reach them) and realized it wasn’t located anywhere near where we thought we were staying, but decided to check it out, still hopeful it would be nice. We paid extra for the “Beachfront Villa” which boasted ocean views……

“Beautiful surrounding, friendly owner, but you do need to keep in contact BEFORE arriving so you have the gate code to get in. Noelia’s is a wonderful restaurant nearby on the 191, the grouper and rice and beans were amazing. Cash only”

“I love it I want to come back soon The Rbnb was nice just the way I seen it in the picture clean with a lot of equipment the Kichen have everything even stuff to cook I give it a 5 start The balcony was nice and clean my kids enjoy it And a lot of space to for my 4 kids Also nice view In one words “Clean””

“We had a fantastic stay! The host was very helpful, even answering a late night call to help us find the apartment. The host also had thoughtful extras such as towels, water bottles, and umbrellas. The place is beautiful, with a balcony overlooking the waves. The location is close to the Luquillo beach, rainforest, but you’ll need a car to get around. Old San Juan is a 45 min drive away. We’d definitely stay here again ”

“This is a great little condo with everything that you need - I even found a broom to clean up the endless sand! Nice, quiet beach just 50 feet away. Grocery and restaurants nearby. Close to the rain forest and the bioluminescent bay. Good communication with the owner. Nice place to stay, especially for the price. I would stay there again.”

“Adam is a very good host. He was always available to answer my questions. We enjoyed our stay until the last night when the water supply to his development stopped. This was something Adam had no control over it. We left as we planned on the next morning. Adam called to apologize for the inconvenience. ”

"Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience. "
