"The owners are very friendly and helpful, and are also very nice people. Everything is spotless. Beds are very comfortable and warm. Breakfast is really excellent. "We have stayed at the crown spa a few times now. We know Scarborough well and find this hotel in an excellent position with everything within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean and we also enjoyed the swimming pool and gym areas. The staff were very polite and friendly."
