“Shampoo dispenser in shower was completely empty. Fortunately, I keep a small bottle in my toiletry kit, but that meant getting out of shower to access it. Minor, but annoying--and easily avoidable. If you're not going to have shampoo in the bottle, don't mount it in the shower and advertise the duty of the housekeeping staff to refill. Then at breakfast the toaster for bagels did not work until my husband and the young woman who was manning the station performed a complete maintenance……
