“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. It's a very reliable, comfortable hotel with easy access to Percival Landing (Puget Sound), good restaurants and historic downtown Olympia. Understandably, the hotel is in process of refurbishing but it's still in good condition overall and clean. I look forward to seeing the 'new' hotel.”
