Done the job, but it's a tired old place
"Room was clean, facilities were good, staff were friendly. Could be such a grand hotel but it needs a massive amount of investment. The front facade looks like it's ready to fall away from the structure. Really looks dangerous. Main timber beams are rotten."

"Fantastic location, sea view rooms were amazing and really made the stay worth it, we had a large clean room all staff were friendly and considering the price can’t fault anything. We were room only and didn’t try the food at the hotel - this was due to the feedback from locals in the island stating ..."

"A lovely place to stay in Hunter's Quay. Convenient for ferry and boat and with a beautiful view, I enjoyed a quiet few days walking with my dog around Dunoon and took the bus to the Botanics."
