“Room excellent. Shower excellent. Only two issues firstly getting into the room digital keypad not explained clearly causing delay and room change...and tv hundreds of channels but could not find basic English channels”

It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. “The only criticism I would have was that our bed was supposed to be a king size, however it was just 2 mattresses pushed together”

“The location is really convenient, the hotel offers nice food and drinks..etc. I do enjoy it except the shower room is not easy to use, and there’s no washing tablets offered, the dryer doesn’t really work as the clothes was wet after drying hours. ”
