This property was clean, quiet, and the common areas were nicely decorated. The room we were in could use a face lift. Floor, carpeting, bathroom could use some updating. The pool area was NOT good. Needed paint and the floor needed a good power washing. The hot tub may not have been dirty, but it had that appearance. The whole room including the ceiling needs a face lift!

Oh good God where do I begin? I have over 150 photos will start with the urine mattress stains on my mattress plus pubic hairs all over the mattress plus the maid came in to clean one time all I wanted that’s all I wanted was the sheets changed and the bathroom cleaned after she left it took me two hours to clean that place on my hands and knees, using their towel towels, using the towels in my bare hands to clean the inside the toilet and the inside the tub, etc. I mean come on the sheets were on sideways. She just flipped them over and now they’re on upside down and then rather than putting the head of the sheet at the top of the bed where you would normally put it she puts it on the side left and right, flipped it over and I know because I had gotten a stain of jelly on the header of the top of the top sheet and the bottom sheet she had turned inside out and put it back on, but I don’t need that bottom sheet with some sort of fabric, but I think it’s supposed to keep moisture from getting to the mattress so I pull all that off to remake the bed with new sheets. It took me an hour to do that with my back and my torn rotator cuff and underneath all that crap was at like 20 inch diameter urine stain plus pubic hair so many so many I had to stop taking pictures. I took pictures of everything. It’s terrible and no one cares and then this guy comes to me two days before I’m leaving and says oh someone guess what I surprise for you what is it? It’s a mattress pad why don’t you ha
