When I arrived I got the most warm welcome in a long time from a hotel, I do appreciate that.
The hotel bed I slept on was arguably the hardest one I ever did slept on. It's a 1 out of 10 in how firm a mattress goes...this was rock hard. I did use the blanket as an additional mattress topper (sort of), it did help the hard feeling, however I lost some comfort from being covered by a blanket I needed to set the heat on a little higher to compensate for missing some blanket covering me.
The pillows are a 4 our of 10, puffy enough but way way too much heat was produced after a short time and it sank in, as would a cheap pillow do so.
The TV included was fading out and needed to be replaced.
Cleanliness was bad
The toilet was partially soiled, which is unacceptableat any hotel, ever. There were long hairs located on the bed and bathroom areas
Danger
Becareful walking into the shower, there is a approx a 5 inch drop down, what makes it even more dangerous is the checkered design (optical illusion) of the floor, next to a similar in color bathroom floor abstract design; this may through you off!
Their coffee smelled cheap (maxwell house/folgers) and they supplied milk only, no creamers
So unless you love HARD as a brick beds, I suggest you avoid, regardless, that toilet was digusting and shameful.
