“I love being able to stay in the updated rooms, although the television wasn't working (I guess I needed the quietness). A gentleman by the name of Mr. Khan, while shoveling snow, went out of his way to make my parking area hazardless by shoveling around where I would get into my truck. I was pleasantly surprised when I came out to find he had done this! I thank him and appreciate him so much for doing that!”

“It was a beautiful room, beautiful property. However, there were 3 issues I found. Pillows were absolutely destroyed. Flatter than an iron board. We called and asked for 2, they brought us one MUCH better pillow. We made it work. 2nd issue was the lighting. Its harsh, bright, ugly and only done by switches on the wall. Which means you gotta get to the bed in the complete dark. Get lamps on the nightstands. Or lights that hang on the wall near the bed that can be switched on and off from the……

“Comfy room! The bed was amazing. Staff was nice. Fairly quiet location. ”

“I don’t think they wash the comforter and beddings. I see a lot of dirty marks and comforter was a mess. There’s a lot of cigarette burnt in the comforter. There’s dirty towel still hanging on the bathroom door. The bed was creaking everytime I move. I was alone so if you have a partner, it’s not good to have play lol😆 but yeah it was dirty. Not coming back there for sure.”

“The most worst living conditions.I've ever been in.Your customer service was great of getting my money back refund.But the hotel was terrible.I haven't sleep in my truck that night.Cause I couldn't find a place.That would have my trailer.Customer service was wonderful.Living conditions was terrible , worst time , my life”
